In Nano, how do I turn off word wrap?

When you start Nano, you can include a command that will turn off word wrap and allow you to edit long lines. To do this, at the Unix prompt, enter:

 nano -w filename

Replace filename with the name of the file you want to edit.

At Indiana University, for personal or departmental Linux or Unix systems support, see At IU, how do I get support for Linux or Unix?
