ARCHIVED: In Pine, how can I include my signature at the bottom of forwarded messages?

Although you cannot configure Pine to automatically include your signature at the bottom of forwarded messages, you can add it manually. If you are using Pico (the default editor), move the cursor to the bottom of the message, press Ctrl-r, and then enter the name of your signature file (e.g., .signature). Pine places the contents of the file into your message.

Note: If you created your signature with Pine's signature editor, you may not have an actual signature file on your account. It may instead be saved into Pine's configuration. In this case, you need to manually create your signature file.
