High (128-bit) encryption is included in the latest versions of Internet Explorer.

Internet Explorer

You can get the latest version of Internet Explorer at the Internet Explorer 8 Home page.

To install 128-bit encryption on older versions of Internet Explorer (anything before version 5.5), you will need to download the High Encryption Pack.

Note: If you are running Windows 2000, installing Internet Explorer 5.5 will not change the current level of encryption on your computer. You will need to install the Windows 2000 High Encryption Pack.
