If you get the error "Server closed connection" in WorkFlows

In WorkFlows, you may see this error message following a login attempt. The error message occurs if you mistype your username or enter a username that does not have an account on the Symphony server, or when the maximum number of simultaneous connections allowed is exceeded.

To fix this problem, make sure you are using the correct username and PIN. For more, see About your WorkFlows PIN. Also, confirm that there are no other open connections with the same username on the Symphony server. For a personal username, you are allowed two simultaneous connections; for a generic account, you are allowed only one.
