If you've forgotten your WorkFlows PIN

At Indiana University, if you have forgotten your WorkFlows PIN, Library Information Technology (LIT) will reset it for you.

All staff throughout the IU system can use the Change PIN form to reset a WorkFlows PIN. UITS does not handle security for WorkFlows and the Symphony system.
