Real files won't play
If you can't play Real files, try the following:
- Verify that your computer meets the minimum system requirements. See ARCHIVED: For RealPlayer, what are the system requirements?
- Download and install the latest version from Real.com.
- Check your computer's volume control or audio mixer.
- Close any other CPU-intensive applications.
Problems with video
If you can hear audio but don't see video, or if the video is fuzzy or jerky, try the following:
- Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements. See ARCHIVED: For RealPlayer, what are the system requirements?
- Check to see if the presentation was created for your bandwidth. For example, if the video was created for users on a high-speed LAN, users with 28Kbps modems may have difficulty watching video, but will probably hear audio.
- Close any other CPU-intensive applications.
