Real files won't play

If you can't play Real files, try the following:

Problems with video

If you can hear audio but don't see video, or if the video is fuzzy or jerky, try the following:

  • Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements. See ARCHIVED: For RealPlayer, what are the system requirements?
  • Check to see if the presentation was created for your bandwidth. For example, if the video was created for users on a high-speed LAN, users with 28Kbps modems may have difficulty watching video, but will probably hear audio.
  • Close any other CPU-intensive applications.
