ARCHIVED: In Mac OS X, how do I convert a document to PostScript?
Note: The following instructions apply only to Mac OS X 10.1 or later.
You can convert most documents to PostScript through the built-in Mac OS X printing options. Open the document in a Mac OS X-native application that supports the document format that you want to convert to PostScript, then follow these instructions:
- From the menu, select .
- On the sheet that drops down or in the
Print
window that opens, from the pull-down menu, select (OS X 10.2.x and later). In OS X 10.1.x, from the pull-down menu under "Saved Settings:", select .Note: In some applications (e.g., Entourage v.X) you may not immediately see the system's print dialog upon selecting .
