The UITS Support Center is unable to tell you your schedule. To view your class schedule in person, bring your photo ID to your campus Office of the Registrar.

View your class schedule

Calendar view

To view your schedule in calendar view, go to My Class Schedule. By default, your class schedule will display in a weekly calendar view. To see the calendar in daily or monthly view, from the Time Period drop-down menu, select day or month.

Click any class in your schedule to see additional information about that class. In addition to the class information, you'll see the following options:

  • View/Order textbooks: View and order the books required for the class.
  • View Deadlines: See the drop and withdrawal deadlines for the course.
  • Share: Share class information with friends or post to popular social media sites.

List view

To view your schedule in calendar view, go to My Class Schedule and then click the list view icon (three horizontal lines) at the top right.

Click any class in your schedule to see additional information about that class.

Change terms

To change the term displayed, while viewing your schedule in list view, click the Term drop-down and then select the term you wish to view.

Waitlisted classes

If you have a waitlisted class on your schedule, while viewing your schedule in list view, your waitlist number will appear in the "Wait List Position" column.

Change institutions

If you are enrolled in courses on more than one campus, to change the institution being displayed:

  1. At the top right, click the Preferences (gear) icon.
  2. Click Institution.
  3. Select the IU campus you wish to view. The campus currently being displayed will not be selectable.

Download your schedule

To download your schedule:

  1. While viewing your schedule, at the top of the page, click the Download Schedule drop-down.
  2. Select the term you wish to download.
  3. You'll be presented with a .ics file that you can import to your smartphone's calendar or your email calendar of choice.

Troubleshoot issues

If you're having trouble finding your classes, try the following:

  • Make sure you are viewing the correct campus; see Change institutions above.
  • Make sure you are viewing the correct term; see Change terms above.
  • Some future session courses (for example, second eight-week session classes) may not yet be displayed in calendar view. To find them, change to list view.
