Known issues with Go.IU
Following are known issues in the Go.IU URL shortening system:

A URL doesn't work, or it redirects to the wrong site. |
Go.IU URLs are case-sensitive. Typing in a URL with the wrong case results in a different URL. |
UITS recommends sharing URLs via non-verbal communication. On print materials, make sure to use a font that clearly distinguishes between uppercase and lowercase letters. Adding a QR code to print materials also can help avoid this issue. |

Right-clicking a QR code to save the image does not work. |
This is a limitation of the third-party QR code generator software library.

Save a screenshot of the QR code or use one of the free online QR code generators to QR-encode the short URL. |
