  • IUB and IUPUI students, faculty, and staff: Normal CrimsonCard production has been suspended. Existing CrimsonCards will continue to function normally. Employees and students who never received a card or who need a replacement card to perform essential functions can make an appointment to get a temporary, no-photo CrimsonCard; call 317-274-0400 or email for assistance.

Services and products available to students, faculty, and staff for purchase at the Support Center CrimsonCard offices at IUB and IUPUI include:

Digital copy of your CrimsonCard photo

If you purchase a CrimsonCash deposit via credit card, you will be assessed a $2.50 convenience fee. This fee applies only to account deposits, and not to other items sold. The fee does not apply if you pay via Bursar billing.

The UITS Support Center CrimsonCard offices accept bursar billing or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and JCB). Credit card payments are accepted only from the person to whom the card was issued.
