Important:

Umail was retired on November 19, 2019. You can no longer access your Umail account and its associated services (such as email or Sites).

Important:

You won't be able to follow this process if you didn't export your Umail contacts to a file before your account was transferred.

After you have access to your new Gmail at IU account, go to Import, restore, or back up contacts and follow the instructions in "From a Gmail account" to import the contact list you previously exported; you should see an option to import from a CSV file.
