ARCHIVED: The MSDN End User License Agreement

This content has been archived, and is no longer maintained by Indiana University. Information here may no longer be accurate, and links may no longer be available or reliable.
Important:

The license agreement discussed in this document is not the same as the IU/Microsoft Campus Agreement, which makes software available to Indiana University students, faculty, and staff.

The MSDN (Microsoft Developer Network) End User License Agreement allows each person with an MSDN license to use all the software included in the subscription for development, test, and demonstration purposes only.

MSDN subscriptions are licensed for single users; that is, everyone who uses the products within an MSDN subscription must have an MSDN subscriptions license. (In other words, one license must be purchased for each user.)

ISO CD images are available from MSDN Downloads.

For more, see the MSDN Subscriptions FAQ.
