Overview

The INbound with Dell initiative offers reliable computers preloaded with the resources students need to get started at Indiana University. IU students can purchase a laptop with an extended four-year warranty, accidental damage coverage, and direct 24-hour support from Dell.

Support

Dell ProSupport Plus provides hardware support. INbound laptops have a unique service tag on the underside:

Students should have the service tag number and express service code ready when contacting Dell at the address on the service tag (dell.com/prosupport/regionalcontacts) or by phone at 866-516-3115.
