Once you have your accounts on your allocated Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE) digital services, the quickest way to start computing or moving data across multiple services is to connect using your favorite SSH client to the XSEDE Single Sign-On Login Hub (login.xsede.org).

The Single Sign-On Login Hub lets you access your accounts on XSEDE digital services using your your XSEDE-wide credentials. Once you're logged into the Single Sign-On Login Hub, you can use GSI-OpenSSH from the command line to access your accounts on XSEDE digital services without entering system-specific usernames and passwords.

For more, see ARCHIVED: About the XSEDE Single Sign-On Login Hub

Note:
NICS digital services: If your XSEDE allocation includes time on a digital service at the National Institute for Computational Sciences (NICS), you won't be able to access that system using your XSEDE-wide username and password until you activate your NICS account. Additionally, SSH access to NICS digital services requires the use of RSA One Time Password (OTP) tokens, which users receive in the mail after activating their accounts.

TACC digital services: If your XSEDE allocation includes time on a resource at the Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC), you won't be able to use your XSEDE-wide username and password until you have activated your TACC account. TACC will email you a welcome message that includes a link to the TACC User Portal and instructions for activating your account.
