Save and keep editing in IU Scholarships
On this page:
Overview
Note:
IU Scholarships is a vended product from Blackbaud Award Management (BAM).
When filling out an application within IU Scholarships, you have the option to save an application and come back to it to make additional edits and/or submit the application. This functionality works differently depending on which application you're using and what questions you've answered.
General application and conditional applications
When working in the general IU Scholarships application or conditional applications (such as SSA and Herron):
- If you input information in all required fields (even if that information is incomplete) and you click Note:You can save, edit, and submit your application at any time before the application deadline.
, your application will be submitted. You will receive a submitted application email notification and it will appear to scholarship committees that your application is finished.
- If you have not completed all required questions and you click , your application will be saved but not submitted.
Important:
Do not enter your name in the "Signature Statement" field until you are ready to submit your general application.
Conditional applications
When working in conditional applications (such as SSA and Herron):
- If you have completed all the required questions, or if your application doesn't have any required questions, and you click , your application will be submitted.
