Note:
Outlook on the web has the same functionality across major browsers in most cases. For help using Outlook on the web, in your Inbox, select ? (question mark) in the top right.

Outlook Web App (OWA) allows the use of signatures, although its functionality is not as robust as that of Outlook, which gives you multiple signatures to choose from and permits you to edit any signatures stored in your Outlook profile. You can, however, create, modify, and use signatures with OWA:

  1. In OWA, at the upper right, click Options. From the list that appears, select See All Options.
  2. On the left, select Settings, and then select the Mail tab.
  3. Under "E-mail Signature", you will see the Signatures settings.

Note: In most popular current browsers, OWA will deliver the Premium interface and show a text box with font and paragraph formatting options; if you use an older browser, OWA will deliver the Light interface, which simply displays a text box with no formatting options. For more, see ARCHIVED: In Outlook Web App (OWA), what are the "Premium" and "Light" interfaces?
