If you want your video podcast to play on mobile video devices and gaming consoles, use the MPEG-4 Part 14 (MP4) format.
The MP4 format is supported on the following devices and most video-enabled phones:
- iPod Classic
- iPod Nano
- iPod touch
- iPhone
- iPad
- Apple TV
- Microsoft Zune
- Microsoft Xbox 360
- Creative Zen
- Sony PlayStation Portable
- Sony PlayStation 3
