Supported features

• Add custom alt text or edit the automatic alt text for your images.
• Add captions to videos on your profile.
• Add captions to videos on your Page.
• Enable closed captions on Facebook (available only for professional broadcasts using the Facebook Live API).
• Use keyboard shortcuts for keyboard navigation.

Features not supported

• Captions on live videos are not supported on profile pages.

Best practices

• Be careful using colorful backgrounds on your posts. Many don't provide enough color contrast.
• If using automatic captions on your videos, consider setting the audience to Only Me and using the option "Don't add captions until I review them" so you can edit the captions before sharing your video with a larger audience.
