ARCHIVED: How do I access the XSEDE staff wiki, calendar, and message boards?

Note: The following information pertains to the site maintained by Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE) staff, not the Indiana University Internal XSEDE Reporting and Documentation Wiki.

The Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE) staff wiki, calendar, and message boards are accessible only to XSEDE staff members. To access them:

  1. Log into the XSEDE User Portal.

    Note: If you do not have an XSEDE User Portal account, create one using the Create Account link in the "Sign In" box on the portal front page.

  2. After logging in, staff members should see Staff on the far right of the top menu bar (to the right of Help).

    If you are staff, but don't see the Staff link, you can request membership:

    1. Make sure you're logged into the User Portal.
    2. Go to the XSEDE staff community page, and then click Membership Management.
    3. Click Available Communities.
    4. For the "Staff" community, click Request Membership, and then fill out and submit the request form.
  3. In the menu bar, click Staff to access the staff wiki, calendar, and message boards.

Only staff members can view and edit wiki pages, view and add calendar events, or read and start message board discussions.
