Uninstall Dragon Professional from Windows

To uninstall Dragon Professional from your Windows computer:

1. Close the Dragon Professional application.
2. Close any other applications you have open on your computer.
3. Press the Win key, type apps, and then select Add or Remove Programs.
4. From the list, select Dragon, and then click Uninstall.
5. A prompt will appear telling you that the app will be uninstalled. Click Uninstall.
6. A "User Account Control" window will ask if you want to allow the app to make changes to the device. Select Yes.
7. If a "Speech Files" window appears asking if you'd like to keep your speech files for future use with Dragon, select Yes to keep your speech files, and select No if you don't want to keep them.
8. If you see a prompt telling you that applications are open, click OK. The uninstaller will close them automatically for you.
9. Once the uninstaller is finished, Dragon will be gone from the "Apps & Features" window as well as the desktop.
10. Restart your computer to complete the removal process.
