ARCHIVED: In Oncourse Reports, how do I run a report?

To run a report on data in a portfolio matrix:

  1. From the menubar of the relevant portfolio site, click Reports.
  2. On the "Manage Reports" page, click the name of the report you would like to run.
  3. In the "Title" field on the "Create a Report" page, enter a title for your report. If you want saved versions of the report to update each time you view them, check the box beside Is the Report Live. You may also enter an optional report description.
  4. At the lower left, click Continue. You'll see the "Edit Report Parameters" page for that report.
  5. Choose the matrix you would like to run the report against from the Choose a Matrix drop-down menu.
  6. Click Generate Report Results. The results will be displayed according to the type of report you selected.
