Upgrade Windows 8 to Windows 8.1
If your system is running Windows 8 Enterprise or Windows 8 Pro and it was activated via KMS (Key Management Service) or MAK, Microsoft does not make the Windows 8.1 upgrade visible to you via the Windows Store. You will need to upgrade through media; this information will be updated when the upgrade DVDs are available at IU.
If you are running a non-volume license version of Windows 8, you should be able to get the Windows 8.1 upgrade through the Windows Store.
