Get help with Crimson

Crimson is the donor and alumni constituent relationship management (CRM) system governed by the IU Foundation and IU Alumni Association. Crimson is available for use by IUF, IUAA, and IU employees who engage with alumni, donors, friends, and prospects for marketing and communications, events and promotions, prospect management, development and stewardship, gift/financial transactions, and advancement reporting and analytics.

To request access to Crimson, you will need to complete the Crimson access request form as well as the mandatory IU tutorials and Crimson training.
