Reset your Glean mobile app password

You can reset the password for your Glean mobile app account from a computer or mobile device.

Windows or macOS computer

  1. Navigate to the Glean login.
    Note:
    In order to access the Glean login page, you will need to use Google Chrome.
  2. In the lower left-hand corner, select the Forgotten Password link.
  3. On the screen that appears, enter your IU email address (ending in @iu.edu) and click Submit.
  4. Navigate to the email program used to check your IU email account, and locate email from Glean.
  5. Open the message, and select Reset Password.
  6. Type your new password in the box, and then click Reset Password.

Apple or Android mobile device

  1. Open the Glean app on your mobile device.
  2. From the login screen, select Forgotten password.
  3. Enter your IU email address (ending in @iu.edu) and select Submit.
  4. Navigate to the email program used to check your IU email account, and locate email from Glean.
  5. Open the message, and select Reset Password.
  6. Type your new password in the box, and then click Reset Password.
