If you didn't receive your Glean login credentials

If you have not received your Glean login credentials, you will need to check your Spam or Junk Email folder, depending on which IU email system you use.

Check Exchange Junk Email folder

  1. Log into your IU Exchange account.
  2. Select the Junk Email folder on the left.
  3. In the search box, type Glean.
  4. If the email appears, it will include the following:
    1. From: Glean App
    2. Subject: You're invited: Get the Glean note-taking app
  5. Open the email, scroll to the bottom, and select the Sign up button.
  6. Follow the steps to get access to your Glean account.

If you are still unable to locate your Glean login credentials, contact your campus Support Center.
