Read content in another language with Read&Write with Google Chrome, Windows, or Mac

Overview

The following explains how to read content in another language with Read&Write using Windows or Mac, or within the Google Chrome browser.

Note:

If you need a language that isn't listed in the voice settings in Read&Write, you will first need to be add it to your computer.

Launch Read&Write by selecting the purple puzzle icon on the browser toolbar or by pressing Alt-Shift-R.
On the far right of the toolbar, select the three horizontal dots to open the "More" menu.
Select Options.
In the "Options" window, select Speech in the menu on the left side.
Under the "Voice" drop-down menu, select the language voice you want to use to read content.
Select the OK button.
Read&Write will now read the content with the language voice.
