Report a problem in the STCs or RTCs at IUB or IUPUI

If you have a problem in an STC or RTC (such as a print release station or printer isn't working), don't try to fix the equipment yourself. Instead, notify the consultant on duty. Consultants are available 24/7 in the Wells Library at IUB and 24/5 (with limited staffing on Saturdays and Sundays) in IT 131 at IUPUI. If no consultant is available, call the numbers noted below.

  • IUB: 812-855-3802 (5-3802 on campus)
  • IUPUI: 317-274-0779 (4-0779 on campus)
