At IU, whom can I call for departmental support?

For departmental support, contact your department's IT Pro. UITS does not offer after-hours support for departments.

Note:
To learn the name of your department's IT Pro, consult your supervisor or your departmental website. If you still cannot identify your IT Pro, call the UITS Support Center at 812-855-6789 (Bloomington) or 317-274-4357 (Indianapolis).

If you do not have an IT Pro, you can call the UITS Support Center at 812-855-6789, or email ithelp@iu.edu. When emailing about a problem, be sure to provide as much detail as possible, including the date and time the problem occurred, the system you are using, the full text of any error messages, and the context in which the problem occurred.

For Windows Server and Active Directory Services (ADS) problems, registered IT Pros can email Support Center Tier 2.
