UITS service assessment

Each year, UITS works with the Center for Survey Research to create the UITS User Satisfaction Survey to assess the level of user satisfaction with computing facilities, services, and support for instruction, research, and administration on all Indiana University campuses (except Fort Wayne).

The UITS Support Center also sends daily surveys via email to randomly selected users who have contacted the UITS Support Center in Bloomington or Indianapolis by phone, by email, or at the walk-in office or walk-up desk.
