To configure your Windows 10, 8.x, or 7 computer or tablet to print to an STC or RTC network printer using the IU Print BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Package:

Download and install

  1. To download the correct package for your version of Windows, go to IUware. If prompted, log in with your IU username and passphrase.

If you aren't sure which version to use, click Should I get the 32- or 64-bit version? on the IUware screen.

  2. To begin the installation, double-click the file or click Run. Alternatively, to install at a later time, click Save.

If you saved the file for later installation, or if the utility doesn't automatically install, locate the installer file and double-click it. It should be in the Downloads folder, unless you specified another location. The file name depends on your operating system:

    • 32-bit: IU-Campus-Queues_for_x32.exe
    • 64-bit: IU-Campus-Queues_for_x64.exe
  3. In the window that appears, click Install, and follow the prompts to continue.
  4. After installation is complete, click Finish.

Print

  1. To print a document, click Print, and then select one of the following print queues:
    • IU Campus Black & White Printer
    • IU Campus Color Printer
  2. In the "Print Job Details" window that appears, enter your IU username and then click Print.
  3. You can then go to a convenient printer to print your document.
