ARCHIVED: Add an RSS feed to an IU Blog post

In IU Blogs, to add an RSS feed to a blog post using the RSS Just Better WordPress plug-in:

  1. Enable the RSS Just Better plug-in: From the Dashboard, click Plugins on the left-hand menu. In the search box, type RSS. This should show the RSS Just Better plug-in among others. Click the Activate button.
  2. Compose your blog post and add the following tag in your post (replace the feed URL with the URL of your feed): 
    [RSSjb feed=" http://podcast.iu.edu/Portal/GetFeed.aspx?podid=21639c51-7e7e-440f-aa18-b7ad05fe0e53"][/RSSjb]
  3. The default number of items is five. To display all files, add the num property: 
    [RSSjb feed=" http://podcast.iu.edu/Portal/GetFeed.aspx?podid=21639c51-7e7e-440f-aa18-b7ad05fe0e53" num="0"][/RSSjb]
  4. Once you publish your post, you will see a media player in place of the above media file or the tag.
