Adjust Zoom settings for standard meetings

About standard meetings
Standard Zoom meetings support up to 300 simultaneous participants. Licenses for large meetings (up to 500 participants) and webinars in two sizes (up to 1,000 or 3,000 participants) are available to faculty and staff; to request a license, email UITS Videoconferencing Support.

Before meetings
To adjust settings for your Zoom meetings before beginning one, you have two options:
- From zoom.iu.edu:
- For meeting settings (for example, enabling recording or waiting rooms): From the menu on the left, click .
- For profile settings (for example, editing your Personal Meeting ID): From the menu on the left, click .
- From the Zoom client: For instructions, refer to Zoom's About Settings.
