Support for users of Indiana University research computing systems, software, and services is provided by various UITS Research Technologies units:

If you have a system-specific question about Big Red II, Carbonate, Karst, Mason, or the Research Database Complex, contact the High Performance Systems (HPS) team.

Note:

Mason, Indiana University's large memory computer cluster, will be retired on January 1, 2018. For more, see ARCHIVED: About the Mason retirement.

If you have questions about the Scholarly Data Archive, contact the Research Storage team.
If you have questions about shared scratch or project space on the ARCHIVED: Data Capacitor II or Data Capacitor Wide Area Network II (DC-WAN2) file system, contact the High Performance File Systems (HPFS) team.
If you have questions about the development tools, compilers, scientific or numerical libraries, or debuggers available on the research computing system, contact the Scientific Applications and Performance Tuning (SciAPT) team.
