Report a problem in the Windows Hosting Environment

The Windows Hosting Environment (WHE) is used by departments on all Indiana University campuses to host a variety of web applications and other information systems needs.

For general questions or to report a problem on the WHE for departments or auxiliary units, complete the WHE request form.

If you are reporting a problem with an existing application on WHE, be sure to include the following:

• The name of the application or database (if applicable)
• The name, email address, and phone number of anyone else to contact other than yourself
• A description of the problem, including details such as:
  • The complete URL to the problem page
  • The UNC path to the share containing the file with the problem
  • The server and database name (if the problem is a database connection)
  • A description of the irregular behaviors
