Messages identified as spam by the spam quarantine service are sent to a folder called Spam in Cyrus/Webmail and Junk E-mail in Outlook Web App (OWA); for more information, see ARCHIVED: About the IU spam quarantine service To locate this folder, follow the appropriate instructions below.

Webmail

  1. Click the Folders icon.
  2. After the page reloads, under the Inbox icon, open the folder labeled Spam to access your spam messages.

OWA

On the left side of the screen you will see a list of folders; if you do not see the list, click the white triangle next to your name to expand the list. In that list, the folder labeled Junk E-mail is your spam folder.

Note:
Outlook on the web has the same functionality across major browsers in most cases. For help using Outlook on the web, in your Inbox, select ? (question mark) in the top right.
