ARCHIVED: Reset your Kurzweil 3000 Web License account password

When you launch Kurzweil 3000 Web License version on your workstation, you will be prompted to enter your Kurzweil 3000 username and password. Use the username and password provided to you by your administrator. If you don't have a Kurzweil 3000 password, or forgot it, use the following instructions to reset it:

1. Go to Kurzweil 3000.
2. Under "Log Into Kurzweil 3000" box, beneath the "Password" field, select Forgot Password?.
3. Enter your IU email address, and then select Submit.
4. In a few minutes, you should receive an email message about resetting your password from Kurzweil Education Customer Service. Open the message, select Reset Password, and then follow the steps for creating a new password.
5. Return to Kurzweil 3000 and try logging in with your new password. If it works, you should be able to log into the Kurzweil 3000 Web License version application on your workstation.
