Access electronic library resources on multiple campuses

Note:
To ensure full text access from off campus, always access library resources from your campus library's website, even if you are connected to the IU VPN.

Access to many library materials, such as online databases, electronic books, and electronic journals, is based on your primary campus affiliation with Indiana University. Each campus purchases its own licenses for library materials, and license agreements require the libraries to guarantee that anyone who uses the materials is a student, faculty member, or staff member at that campus.

If you teach or take classes at another campus as well, you can request access to resources available at the second campus in order to do your work there. To do so, submit the request form. Library staff will contact you to request supporting documentation.

For details on access, see Electronic Resources at Other Campuses.

If you are not affiliated with any IU campus, see Visitor Information instead.
