Viewing Adobe Connect attendance reports

Adobe Connect, IU's previous web collaboration and conferencing system, became read-only on August 31, 2017, and will be fully retired on December 28, 2017. After a comprehensive pilot evaluation, Zoom has been selected as its replacement. For more, see About the Adobe Connect retirement.

Adobe Connect meeting Hosts can review session reports to see who attended their Connect meeting. The reports show the name each attendee used to log into the meeting room, and the times each attendee entered and left the room.

  1. Log into the Connect Manager.
  2. To see the list of meetings you own, click Meetings.
  3. Click the name of your meeting to view the meeting information page.
  4. Click Reports, and then By Sessions.
  5. Click a Session ID number to get attendance information for every person who joined the meeting during a given session.
