ARCHIVED: What is E Training at IU?
At Indiana University, E Training offers a university-wide repository of online training, tutorials, and compliance-driven education and awareness. It is available free of charge to students, faculty, staff, and affiliates with an IU Network ID for completion of compliance-specific training.
The goal for E Training is to keep comprehensive records as to what materials learners have taken and when, enabling them to certify their training and allowing the university to maintain robust compliance records.
Only IU employees can add content to E Training at IU.
Two types of individuals access E Training:
- Learners: Those who intend to register for and complete a training course; see ARCHIVED: E Training for learners.
- Content contributors: Those responsible for creating and maintaining compliance training materials; see ARCHIVED: E Training for content contributors.
