Note: The Activity Reports tool is only available for sites in the School of Medicine.

What it does

The Activity Reports tool allows a course or site manager to quickly see information about the completion of assessments.

Key concepts

Reports: The two primary reports that can be generated are:

  • Participants who have not completed an activity, within the following tools:
    • Assignments
    • Forums
    • Tests & Surveys
  • Participants who scored below a specified score in an activity, with regard to the following tools:
    • Gradebook
    • Tests & Surveys

Notification: Instructors or site managers can choose to send confidential email notification directly to all participants in a given report.

Export: Instructors or site managers can choose to export the results of a report as a .csv file.

Things to consider

Important:

If you plan to export and maintain local offline copies of any student information (including but not limited to names, University ID numbers, or grades), you are responsible for taking adequate security measures to handle and safeguard such data, as it remains sensitive university data.
