IU OnBase Support offers introductory videos that demonstrate the essential document storage and retrieval features of the OnBase clients.

Using your OnBase Community account credentials, log into the OnBase Premium gallery of training videos at https://training.onbase.com/PremiumGallery.aspx.
If you are accessing this training for the first time, you will need to review the non-disclosure statement and click I Agree. You will not see this on subsequent visits to the site.
To see training videos for a certain category, use the Select a Category drop-down list on the left; for example, the End User category contains training on how to integrate Microsoft Outlook into OnBase. To see all available training videos, select All Courses.
Hover your mouse pointer over a thumbnail to see the description and duration of the video. Click a thumbnail to play its video.
