Navigating OCQ: How can students complete online course evaluations?

Students at the Indiana University Bloomington, IUPUI, Kokomo, Northwest, IUPU Columbus, South Bend, and Southeast campuses can complete course evaluations online using the Online Course Questionnaire (OCQ) system (sometimes called Course Questionnaire or Online Course Evaluation). Following are instructions for completing course questionnaires directly from the OCQ interface. (You can also access the questionnaires via Canvas; see In Canvas, how can I access online course questionnaires?) For more, view a video demonstration.

Note:
Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge have known incompatibilities with the Course Questionnaire application. UITS recommends using a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
  1. When questionnaires become available, you'll receive a link to your questionnaire forms via email. You can also access them at coursequestionnaire.iu.edu; log in with your IU username and passphrase.
  2. You'll see a list of courses you are currently enrolled in that are being evaluated online. Click the title of a course for its evaluation form.

  3. Navigation links are located at the bottom left of the questionnaire. Here you can go back to a list of courses, save your questionnaire, go back to the previous screen, or continue to the next screen. A progress bar is located on the bottom right.
