Back up your streaming media

Removing your streaming account on Webserve will delete all streaming files hosted there. These files will not be recoverable. Be sure to back up all streaming media files prior to requesting removal of your streaming account. Collaboration Technologies can assist you with this, and also can assist you with moving your streaming media files to Kaltura. Kaltura allows you to add new files, manage old files, and add accessibility like closed captioning.

For more about Kaltura or for assistance moving your files, contact Collaboration Technologies at 812-856-2020 or cthelp@indiana.edu.
