Manage access to role notes

In AdRx, role notes are available only to users in some roles. The Role Note Campus Restriction option is visible within the Notes customization options section only to users who are assigned particular roles. By default, role notes are viewable to all users in the same role on all campuses, but you can limit access so that they are viewable only by users with your role on select campuses.

Go to AdRx, click Faculty/Staff Login, and follow any login prompts.

  1. On the AdRx landing page, in the upper right, click the Profile icon (the circle with your initials) to expand the AdRx profile menu, and make sure you have the appropriate profile selected.
  2. Click My Profile.
  3. On the My Profile page, on the left, make sure AdRx Student Advising Records is selected.
  4. On the right, click the arrow to expand Notes Customization, and then click the arrow to expand Role Note Campus Restriction.
  5. By default, All Campuses is selected. Click Edit, and then:
    1. Select Specific Campuses.
    2. Click to select one or more campuses.
    3. Click Save.
