About the Digital Library Repository Service

The Digital Library Repository Service represents the UITS-managed services delivered for the Enterprise Scholarly Systems (ESS) initiative. ESS is a collaborative arrangement between UITS, IU Bloomington Libraries, and IU Indianapolis University Library to create and support enterprise level services for digital scholarly information management at Indiana University, with each unit contributing funding and/or personnel resources to the shared effort. The Digital Library Repository Service includes an ingest, retrieval, indexing, and search application, plus a digital object repository application.
