About Prevention Education for All IU Undergraduates

Overview

Prevention Education for All IU Undergraduates is a platform for online courses for incoming undergraduate students that covers alcohol, drugs, and sexual violence prevention. The learning modules are presented in Vector LMS for Higher Education, a platform for engaging and meaningful learning.

Note:
The MyStudentBody platform for prevention education was retired in summer 2023.

Student requirements

All incoming first year, transfer, and international undergraduate students, regardless of age or experience, must complete the mandatory assigned modules in Prevention Education for All IU Undergraduate Students. The courses and timeline to complete them will change to keep pace with an evolving campus culture and new accountability measures.

This document should match the information in the Vector LMS for Higher Education platform. If you find discrepancies, send them to the appropriate campus coordinator.

When you log in as a student, your landing page will show the list of assigned modules you need to complete called My Assignments. Pay special attention to the modules to know which ones are mandatory and which ones are suggested.

For all modules within a training assignment, students must complete the corresponding assessment with a minimum score of 80%. You can retake an assessment until your score meets or surpasses the minimum qualification. A failure score of 80% or above on all mandatory assignments could result in a hold being placed on your student account that prevents you from enrolling in courses for the next semester.

Any currently enrolled student can access the Vector LMS for Higher Education platform. If you are not an incoming student, you will most likely have no modules assigned to you. If you need to complete one for a class or employment, select Additional Training on the left and then select the available options.
