ARCHIVED: What are the hours and options for help at the UITS Support Center?

The UITS Support Center, with locations at the Bloomington and Indianapolis campuses of Indiana University, offers several options for computer support.

Bloomington

IUPUI

  • The Support Center phone lines at 317-274-4357 are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, after-hours assistance is limited, so if your problem cannot be resolved, a Support Center consultant will research the situation and return your call the next business day.
  • Chat with a Support Center consultant via ITHelpLive. This service is available Monday-Friday 8am-9pm at:

    You must have a Windows computer, and you'll need to supply your IU Network ID username and passphrase. For more information, see the Knowledge Base document About ITHelpLive

  • The Support Center walk-up location in IT 129 at IUPUI is open Monday-Thursday 8am-9pm, Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 9am-3pm, and Sunday noon-4pm. On weekdays when classes are not in session, the Support Center is open 8am-5pm. The Support Center does close for some holidays, on Saturdays and Sundays when classes are not in session, and on Saturdays and Sundays of holiday weekends.
