ARCHIVED: At IUB, how can a student organization apply for a printing allotment?

To use the printers in the Indiana University Bloomington Student Technology Centers (STCs), a student organization must first have a Network ID; see About IU computing accounts for groups or departments

Once the organization has a Network ID, the sponsor can request a printing allotment The allotment will remain in effect until cancelled by the sponsor or until the associated Network ID is disabled by the University Information Policy Office.

Note: The sponsor is responsible for the cost of printing beyond the standard printing allotment.
