How can I tell if someone outside the U.S. has logged into my IU account?

To receive email notification if someone outside the United States logs into your Indiana University account, sign up for foreign login alerts, a service provided by the University Information Policy Office (UIPO):

  1. Go to logins.iu.edu.
  2. Select Send Emails for Non-US Logins, and click Submit.

If you later receive email notification about a non-U.S. login that you weren't expecting, contact UIPO immediately by sending mail to it-incident@iu.edu. Log into the Knowledge Base to view a sample email notification.
