Windows Anniversary Update

  1. Open Mail and click + Add Account.
  2. Choose Advanced Setup and then Exchange ActiveSync.
  3. Enter the following:
    1. Your full Indiana University email address
    2. Your IU passphrase
    3. Your IU username
    4. Under "Domain", enter ADS.
    5. Under "Server", enter eas.exchange.iu.edu.
  4. Click Sign in.
  5. Choose Enforce these policies or Yes.
  6. Click Done and Ready to go.

Mail should start receiving your mail.

Earlier versions

  1. Open Mail and click + Add Account. Choose Exchange.
  2. Enter your full Indiana University email address and click Next.
  3. Enter your IU passphrase and click Sign in.
  4. Outlook Web App (OWA) will fail to find your server. Under "Domain", enter ADS and click Sign in.
  5. Choose Enforce these policies or Yes.
  6. Click Done and Ready to go.

Mail should start receiving your mail.
